“One of my favorite Minsky’s memory was from my employee days at Bannister Square. I asked our GM Tim S if my cousin (employee of week) could dress up as old Father Time and stand in the median entrance to Bannister Mall holding a sign that said, “The World Could End Tomorrow, So You Should Eat At Minsky’s Tonight”. Back in 1984, the mall was packed, and we handed out coupons and had a ball! Tim and Don were always open to trying something new and made all the employees feel valued and part of a team!”
