Why the “Chouteau Grand”? Well, somewhere around 1821, the French Chouteau family established a trading post just off the Missouri River at the base of what is now Grand Avenue – creating the first European-American settlement in the area.
The “Chouteau Grand” gourmet pizza pays special culinary tribute to French influences in Kansas City with a house-made white, garlic-butter cream sauce, chopped scallions, fresh spinach, roasted garlic and zesty red onions
A passion for classic Kansas City cuisine emerges with the addition of Ozark hickory-smoked BBQ 
pulled pork – from Kansas City’s legendary (and fellow founded in 1976’ers) Zarda Bar-B-Q. And then, the cheese: Hand-grated, real Mozzarella and Provel – all served up on a thin, sea salt and olive oil crust. We think you’ll agree, it is delicious!
We created the Chouteau Grand 40th Anniversary Gourmet Pizza to embrace the rich history of the city we’re proud to call home.
