Time to celebrate the holiday season with the Merry Market and Minsky’s Pizza!
Each Saturday and Sunday between Thanksgiving and Christmas, the City Market will be transformed into the Merry Market, a jolly, fun open-air festival. More than 75 different artisans will be in attendance — selling beautiful gifts, street food, and drinks each weekend — curated by Art Garden KC!
Of course, Minsky’s Pizza will be there each day, helping patrons celebrate by providing adult beverage stations throughout the Market, along with Pizza by the Slice! Enjoy some delicious street food or a Boulevard craft beer while you explore the many different booths in this European-style market.
Days and Time for Merry Market 2024
10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Saturdays & Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas:

Certain weekends, a portion of Minsky’s proceeds from the Boulevard Beer stand will be donated to various not-for-profits such as The Friends of City Market, as well as:

Booths at the Merry Market will be selling a wide variety of beautiful, handcrafted gifts. From woodworking to metal-smithing, textile arts, paintings, handmade jewelry, and much more will all be available from local makers and artists!
There will be strolling entertainers, plus live stage performances, along with many other fun festivities each day. Be on the lookout for special guest appearances, giveaways, photo ops and more! The Merry Market is all about spreading holiday cheer while supporting Kansas City’s local small businesses and artists.
