We make our crusts from scratch, several times each day, with our own time-tested recipe. And we make them even tastier (and healthier), with sea salt and olive oil. We flavor-it-up with our unique blend of aromatic herbs and seasonings and then add our crowd-favorite tangy and delicious house-made red sauce.

We top each gourmet masterpiece with 100% Wisconsin mozzarella, freshly shredded in-house to unlock flavor and ensure quality. Then it’s into the oven (set at just the right temperature) where it’s baked (never rushed) to delicious, melted perfection.

Pizza, we think, should not just be eaten – it should be savored and enjoyed. Competitors shout out, “Buy one, get one free.” But that’s not what we do. We’ll never be cheapest, because we’ll never sacrifice quality. As one customer put it, “Minsky’s is one of life’s most affordable luxuries.” We couldn’t agree more.

It’s been more than 45 years since Minsky’s was founded. Since 1976 we’ve been busy – every day working to perfect the art of hand-crafting gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, pastas and even our own beer, Minsky’s Burlesque lager. So far, it’s been an interesting journey. We’ve been able to do what we love: cooking, tasting, innovating, baking, refining, and then even more tasting, and finally, each day, making the best pizza in Kansas City.
