Mediterranean Salmon Salad

Grilled and marinated 6 oz. Faroe Island salmon fillet on a bed of Romaine and spring mix lettuce with slivered red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, English cucumber slices, topped with feta cheese and sliced Kalamata olives, and served with a lemon vinaigrette and lemon wedges.
