How far in advance should wedding catering be booked?

Please book your wedding catering order at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to place a last-minute catering order, please call your nearest Minsky’s location to check availability.

Will Minsky’s offer delivery, setup, and serving staff for weddings?

Yes. Our catering fleet is specially equipped to help keep every part of your order at just the right temperature. Built-in food warmers keep pizzas, pastas, and sandwiches hot and ready to serve, while the dedicated chilling compartments keep beverages, salads, and other cold items fresh and ice-cold. Our team can also assist with setting up your buffet line. A catering coordinator will help organize exactly what you need for your event.

What pizza options are available for wedding catering orders?

You can order any of Minsky’s Gourmet pizza options or choose to build your own pizzas on any of Minsky’s available crusts – original, thin and crispy, deep dish, and even one of our gluten-free or Keto crust options.

Does Minsky’s have other food options besides pizza that can be ordered for catering?

Yes. Your wedding catering order can also include wings, chicken tenders, pasta, salads, cookies, and drinks. Sandwich lunch box options are also available.

How many pizzas should I order for my wedding?

Minsky’s recommends ordering 2-3 slices of pizza per person, depending on whether other food options will be available. A large pizza from Minsky’s has 10 slices. For Minsky’s other food options, our catering menu shows the recommended serving size per person.
