This German-inspired delicacy starts with your favorite Minsky’s crust painted with house-made Oktoberfest sauce crafted with seasonal KC Festbier! Next, a mountain of Wisconsin Mozzarella cheese, white cheddar cheese curds, crispy tater tots, chopped bacon, fresh parsley, and the star of the show- a generous helping of KC Bier Co sliced bratwurst. In a word – Wunderbar!
