Minsky’s has called 5105 Main St. in the South Plaza neighborhood home since 1976. It was here that Minsky’s defined what “Kansas City Style” pizza was – top-quality meats and veggies loaded up on fluffy, made-fresh dough with a generous crown of 100% Wisconsin Mozzarella! For 50 years, Minsky’s has been proud to serve up the Best Pizza in KC, and with this fresh remodel for our original location, we look forward to another delicious 50 years!

Minsky’s Happy Hour Deals are good available Monday through Friday when you Dine-In at South Plaza and all 17 area Minsky’s locations.
