We heard you LOUD and clear! We have installed new sound-dampening panels for an improved dining experience in our fully remodeled South Plaza location!
Minsky’s has called 5105 Main St. in the South Plaza neighborhood home since 1976. It was here that Minsky’s defined what “Kansas City Style” pizza was all about – top-quality meats and veggies loaded up on fluffy, made-fresh dough with a generous crown of 100% Wisconsin Mozzarella!
This year, we gave our original location a well-deserved refresh, featuring a new dedicated bar area, all-new booths, tables, lighting, artwork – even new bathrooms! Also, an all-new carry out entrance and quick seating for those coming in for a quick slice break! You name it, it’s been updated!
Stop by Minsky’s South Plaza location now through Saturday, October 31, 2026, and enjoy 20% off your entire order when you Dine-In!
