The Slice of Donation program does just that: gives you a slice of the proceeds when members of your charity, group, school, non-profit make a purchase at our restaurants. Minsky’s was recently contacted by Eugenia Moley from the Greater Kansas City Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group in an effort to raise funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Our Slice of Donation was designed to work perfectly for charities such as these by giving back a percentage of sales to the cause.
Manager Mike Burr was pleased to present Dawnie Ellison with the final donation check on behalf of Minsky’s at St. Joseph Carondelet Hospital, which will go directly to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, helping patients with the lung disease.
Interested in Slice of Donation? Here’s How it Works
Coordinate a date and time with the General Manager at the Minsky’s Pizza location you wish to participate with. Provide a black and white high resolution logo of your organization so we may include it on your flyer. We will provide you with a .pdf file document for you to print the quantity of flyers desired. Distribute flyers to your group’s members and supporters promoting your Slice of Donation event. Your supporters must present the flyer when paying for the meal to receive the donation. Slice of Donation nights are limited to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday unless otherwise agreed upon and are subject to availability. The donation amount is to be derived from the sales your organization generates through their efforts in your community. It is acceptable for anybody to dine at Minsky’s Pizza and present your group’s Slice of Donation flyer at the end of their meal. Get the word out. There is no limit on how much your organization can earn!
