We’re excited to announce the opening of our 16th location at 3063 Southwest Bouelvard!

Jenny Vergara from Feast Magazine stopped by to hear all about our newest location near KU Med Center.

Minsky’s Owner Gregg Johnson noted:

 “Its proximity to KU Med and access to the surrounding neighborhoods was appealing, and we have a lunchtime demand in the Westside and Crossroads area now that we simply cannot meet with just the City Market and South Plaza locations, and this location will be right in between,” Johnson tells Feast.

Opening soon, our new location will offer your favorite pizzas, pastas, calzones, appetizers, salads and desserts along with a full bar featuring our Burlesque Lager. And of course, we’ll have a selection of gluten-free items for our patrons.
