“My dad and I shared many memories at the different Minsky’s locations over the years. He absolutely loved the Papa Minsky with extra,extra,extra sauce. I always loved the server’s reaction and a manager always explaining that cook time would take longer. He was a snob when it came to the sauce.
We celebrated his 50th birthday in surprise fashion at the Raymore location. He was not the birthday party type, so watching his reaction was fun.
Unfortunately June of 2015, I lost my father unexpectedly. So in March, we came in to the Raymore location and celebrated his birthday with his picture and favorite pizza and a few adult drinks in front of his picture. The staff understood and was very accommodating.
Then on June 15th, we did the same for his one year anniversary gone. I tear up as I’m writing this because growing up eating your pizza with my dad was the world to me. So I continue the tradition with my kids. Thank you Minsky’s for the memories and many more to come.”
