The Kale Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken: Kale, grated Romano cheese, red onions, freshly grilled chicken with housemade Caesar dressing, and housemade croutons.
Minsky’s Ultimate Fall Salad – Kale and spring lettuce mix, fresh arugula, broccoli florets, shredded carrots, apple slices, cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, red onions, slivered almonds – all tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette and topped with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
Mediterranean Salmon Salad: Grilled and marinated 6 oz. Bay Winds Faroe Island Salmon filet on a bed of Romaine & spring mix lettuce with slivered red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced English cucumber, feta cheese, and sliced kalamata olives. Served with a lemon vinaigrette and a lemon wedge.
