 Minsky’s is where I always went with my dad, from the time I was really young, right up to his final days of battling cancer…
We just lost him a couple of weeks ago, but we made so many fun memories at Minsky’s, especially the location on Stateline. I believe that would be in Leawood,KS… We had a lot of fun guessing which sister was our server for the day! (There are 3 sisters who are different ages, but all look beautifully, exactly the same!) My dad was always a bit of a flirt to the waitresses! He is missed dearly but will be remembered well for his smile and his healthy appetite for Minsky’s pizza! -Connie N. |
