How to Play:
If you have participated in Minsky’s March Mayhem before, simply click the Minsky’s March Mayhem invite link in Step 1, sign in with your CBSSports.com ID (the email you originally signed up with) and Password, and then skip to Step 3 in the instructions below to join the Minsky’s March Mayhem group.
Join the group today, then log back in to your account to submit your tournament picks after the Official Brackets go live (after 6:00pm on Selection Sunday, March 16, 2025) and no later than the start of the first round of the tournament (Thursday, March 20, 2025 before 11AM CST).
If you’ve never participated before, it’s easy to sign up with our helpful step-by-step instructions! *Note: Please read these instructions all the way through prior to signing up.
Step 1: Create an account at CBSSports.com and join the Minsky’s Mayhem Pool by CLICKING HERE.
The link will take you to the screen below.
If you have not registered before, click “Sign Up” on the right side of the page (then see Step 2 below). If you registered previously, click “Log In” and enter your information (then skip to Step 3.)
Step 2: Once you’ve clicked “Sign Up,” you will see the form below that you must fill out, then click “Register.”
Be sure to remember your User Name (email) and Password!
Step 3: After registering or logging in, you will be taken to a screen similar to the one below. Click the “Join Now” button.
Step 4: You should then see a confirmation like the one below. Congratulations – you are now signed up for Minsky’s March Mayhem!
You are now officially signed up for Minsky’s March Mayhem Bracket challenge. You may make your picks once brackets are live the evening of Sunday, March 16, 2025. Follow this link to select your bracket that evening, or complete your bracket at any time through 11:00 AM CST Thursday, March 20, 2025: minskysmarch.mayhem.cbssports.com

Step 5: Once brackets are live, click the above link, then click “My Brackets” to choose your teams, or go here at any time during the tournament to view your standings. To see the value of each selection, see “Pool Settings” section on your Dashboard page.
Now you’re all set until the NCAA Tournament brackets are released on Sunday evening, March 16, 2025! You will be sent a reminder by email to log back into the bracket page (minskysmarch.mayhem.cbssports.com) to make your picks!
You must complete your picks by 11:00AM Central Standard Time on Thursday, March 20, 2025. The 61st through 64th teams from the first round will not be counted in the contest.
Participants must enter their projected winners and complete the tournament bracket round-by-round, beginning with the Sweepstakes first round. The Administrator will weigh predictions for each successive round more heavily than the previous round, in accordance with the table below.
Scores will be tabulated with correct picks being assigned the following values:
First Round: 1 Point
Second Round: 2 Points
Sweet 16: 4 Points
Elite 8: 8 Points
Final 4: 16 Points
Championship Game: 32 Points

$3,000 Grand Prize Package will be awarded as gift cards to the participant in the Minsky’s Mayhem Bracket with the highest number of points at the end of the 2025 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament.
$1,500 Second Prize Package will be awarded as gift cards to the participant in the Minsky’s Mayhem Bracket with the second highest number of points at the end of the 2025 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament.
$500 Third Prize will be awarded as gift cards to the participant in the Minsky’s Mayhem Bracket with third highest number of points at the end of the 2025 Men’s NCAA Basketball Tournament.
Prize winners will be contacted within two weeks of the tournament final. If winner(s) can not be contacted within this time period, an alternate winner will be drawn. What are you waiting for? Register today and join the Mayhem!
