Kansas City native Lisa Chism rediscovers a pizza pro, plus much more

Chism shared her excitement over our new Burlesque Lager, along with her surprise when tasting the Nature’s Choice pizza on our popular gluten-free crust. Her husband also enjoyed our Jumbo Wings with in-house Peppercorn Ranch dressing.
“Both dishes were unexpected surprises at a place I thought of previously as just a regular pizza spot.” Regulars of our restaurant already know that Minsky’s is anything but a regular pizza spot, especially since the development of online ordering – it doesn’t get much better than this!
And like many of our patrons, Chism went on to find our extensive list of salads, pastas and piled-high sandwiches – we’re not just a pizza joint, after all!
