Film description from http://themiraclesmovie.com/:

Few people were willing to give the Kansas Jayhawks a shot at beating vaunted Oklahoma in the 1988 NCAA men’s basketball final. What those doubters couldn’t see was a team hungry to complete a mission that had started years earlier, when that legendary program was scuffling along in front of disinterested fans and disheartened alumni. The 1987-88 season for Kansas was filled with huge challenges–a star lost to injury, player suspensions, and at one point losing 5 of 6 games mid-season. Kansas completing their unlikely championship mission as an unranked 6th seed with double-digit losses has not been repeated in the last 25 years.

This is a film about one of the best but often overlooked stories in the tournament’s 75 year history.
It was, in other words, the stuff of miracles.
