Tara has worked for Minsky’s for 8 years, starting out at the Barry Road West location in 2008 and moving to Southwest Boulevard in January of 2016. When asked about Tara one of her managers, Tim Cole, had this to say:
“Tara is phenomenal at speed and working with grace under pressure. Over the past nine months (at SW Blvd location), Tara has created a large group of loyal “regulars” that now come in weekly for lunch and request to be seated in her section. Most of Tara’s regulars know when it is her day off, and not surprisingly, we might not even see them on those days. There is no question that when Tara comes to work each day she believes that great service and impeccable hospitality toward every guest is paramount. As a manager, it is visibly clear that the rest of the SW Blvd. team has come to have a lot of respect for Tara.”
