| We had our wedding rehearsal dinner at the Minsky’s on Main in 2003. My husband and our best man practically lived there while going to UMKC, and we all ate there frequently after they finished college, so my husband thought it would be the ideal spot. It was one of the few things he really wanted his say on with our wedding, and it was a fun night (though my grandpa thought we were crazy). It’s still special to eat at that location and now take our son there. Thanks for the memories.
